miRNA-146a在鼻咽炎症和癌症病变组织中的表达及意义
Expressions of miRNA-146a in patients with nasopharyngitis and nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its significance
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study significance of miRNA-146a expression in patients with nasopharyngitis and nasopha-ryngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods The expressions of miRNA-146a in nasopharyngeal biopsy tissues of the 13 chronic nasopharyngitis patients and 16 NPC patients were detected by SYBR Green quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) analysis. To compare difference of miR-146a expression in chronic nasopharyngitis and NPC and different clinicopathologic characteristics of 16 NPC cases. Results miRNA-146a levels in tissues of NPC were significantly higher than those of chronic nasopharyngitis (P <0.01). Also, they were higher in the lymphatic gland metastasis group than those in no lymphatic gland metastasis group (P <0.05). There was no statistical difference in different age groups and TNM clinical stage groups(P > 0. 05). Conclusions miRNA-146a is high-expressed in tissue of NPC, which may promote lymphatic metastasis.关键词
