Study on AGR2 in progression of prostate cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of AGR2 protein in prostate cancer and its significance. Methods AGR2 expressions in different cell lines and prostate cancer tissues were detected by Real-time RT-PCR, RT-PCR and IHC. Results The expression of AGR2 was positively correlated with prostate cancer progression. Conclusion AGR2 can be used as a candidate diagnosis molecular marker of the progress of prostate cancer.关键词
