益肾活血汤对糖尿病性ED大鼠阴茎白膜弹性纤维组织的影响
Effect of YiShenHuoXueTang on albuginea penis fibroelastic tissue in diabetic erectile dysfunction rats'

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of YiShenHuoXueTang on albuginea penis fibroelastic tissue in diabetic erectile dysfunction rats' in order to reaearch the treating mechanism of YiShenHuoXueTang on diabetic erectile dysfunction. Methods There were 50 male SD rats included in this study. Of all the 50 rats, 10 normal rats were randomly divided into control group and the other 40 rats were induced into diabetic erectile dysfunction model after treated by streptozoto-cin and apomorphine penis erectile test. Twenty diabetic erectile dysfunction rats were chosen randomly and equally divided into two groups, which were diabetic erectile dysfunction group and YiShenHuoXueTang group. Rat s in YiShenHuoXueTang group were treated with YiShenHuoXueTang [17.7 g/(kg · d)] by route of gastric perfusion. Rats in diabetic erectile dysfunction group and control group were treated with normal saline in a same dose and route of administration as YiShenHuoXueTang group. After a drug delivery of 4 weeks, penile tissue of rats in each group was sampled in condition of erection and tested by method of Victoria blue/Ponceau red staining. Integrated optical density (IOD) of elastic fibers in albuginea penis was detected by means of color image analysis. Results IOD of elastic fibers in albuginea penis in YiShenHuoXueTang group, diabetic erectile dysfunction group and control group was (8. 50 ±2. 03), (3.96 ±1. 88), (9.55± 2.61) , respectively. IOD of YiShenHuoXueTang group was higher than that of diabetic erectile dysfunction group (P < 0.01) and closed to control group (P > 0.05). IOD of diabetic erectile dysfunction group was less than that of control group (P<0. 01). Conclusions YiShenHuoXueTang increase the amount of the albuginea penis fibroelastic tissue in rat, which indicates that it relats to the improvement of erectile function of diabetic erectile dysfunction rats.关键词
