Abstract
Objective To establish an efficient method for culture and isolation of mouse bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). Methods Bone marrow adherent culture was used to isolate and expand MSCs. Inverted microscope was employed to observe the proliferating process and their morphous of primary and passage cells, and immunocyte chemistry was used to identify immunophenotypes of MSCs. Results The MSGs were adherent cells with a similar fibroblastoid spindle-sharp morphology during different passages. The expression rates of CD44, CD34 and CD105 were 94. 3% , 3. 3% and 82. 3%. Conclusion MSCs can be isolated and expanded by using bone marrow adherent culture. 关键词
