Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Tiandan Tongluo capsule for elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Patients over 75 years old in neurology department with mild acute cerebral infarction were screened and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Tiandan Tongluo capsule combined with Danhong injection; while the control group was given Danhong injection only. After 2 weeks, the therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results:The total enrolled 65 patients, 33 cases in treatment group and 32 cases in control group. There were 28 cases improved in treatment group, while 20 cases improved in control group. The total effective rate was 84. 5% in treatment group, and 62. 5% in control group ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion: The treatment of Tiandan Tongluo capsule combined with Danhong injection is effective for elder patients with mild acute cerebral infarction.关键词
