Abstract
Learning lessens from other programs at home and abroad, Yunnan Jinsha River Hydropower Co., Ltd. studies the planning system of hydropower development in the middle reaches of Jinsha River basin, which not only promotes the integration of stakeholders and multi-objective development, but also achieves the scientific and effective utilization of hydropower resources. The planning system is firstly practiced in China and obtains a good result in the management of basin hydropower development. The practice can be as reference to the management of following hydropower development in river basin.关键词
