Abstract
The main purpose of design management is that the design can meet the requirements of project construction by scientific and effective management ways. Because of the tight design duration, the concepts, methods and systems of design management suitable for Ahai hydropower Station Project are explored. The design quality, progress and site technical services meet the requirements of overall project construction progress by taking effective coordination and evaluation mechanism, and it reflects the role of design being the leading. The progress matching of design and construction is guaranteed through the timely review and decision-making of technical solutions. According to the actual situation, the design optimizations are also conducted to save investment.关键词
