Abstract
The discharge ring/stay ring of No. 1 turbine in Ahai Hydropower Station is welded and machined in site. The contents, requirements and processes of machining are introduced herein. The issues emerging in on梥ite machining of huge and massive discharge ring/stay ring are summarized and corresponding measures are proposed. By ensuring the stability of machining equipment, selecting appropriate machining parameters and methods and adopting correct measurement method and instrumentation, the machining accuracy of discharge ring/stay ring of No. 1 turbine is guaranteed to meet the requirements of design.关键词
