Abstract
Cyclophosphamide is a chemotherapy drug widey used in endometrial cancer, B-type lymphoma, central nervous system neoplasm, etc. However, one of the serious side effects of cyclophosphamide is its skin toxicity, and the underlying molecular mechanism is currently unclear. Cyclophosphamide induced caspase-1 expression, which mediates abnormal apoptosis and skin toxicity according to HE staining and Realtime qPCR experiment.关键词
