Abstract
To investigate the expression and significance of delta Np63 in the colon cancer tissues, RT-PCR method and Western blot analysis were used to detect the mRNA and protein expressions of delta Np63. It's revealed that the expression level of delta Np63 in the colon cancer tissue is significantly higher than that in the adjacent normal tissues (P<0.05), which is associated with the cancer pathology classification and the clinical stages (P<0.05). These results indicate that delta Np63 may play an important role in the development of colon cancer.关键词
