Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of the vent and cognitive behavioral intervention on postoperative quality of life of breast cancer patients. Methods:A total of 110 breast cancer patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. All patients accepted the routine nursing care,and experimental group patients were given vent and cognitive behavioral interventions on the basis of routine nursing care, changes in the quality of life of patients were assessed by QLQ-C30 scales respectively before and after intervention. Results: Five functional areas, three symptom domains and overall quality of life scores were compared intervention after between the two groups,and found that the difference was significant P<0. 05). Quality of life of breast cancer patients was improved significantly after the intervention. Conclusion: Routine care treatment in combination to the vent and cognitive behavioral intervention can improve the mental state and quality of life of breast cancer patients.关键词
