Abstract
Objective:To know about nurses in ICU in three grade A hospitals in Shanghai city mastering knowledge of sedation of mechanical ventilation and its influencing factors. Methods:According to the working years in ICU for stratified samplings total of 133 cases of ICU nurses were selected from 14 three - grade A hospitals in Shanghai city and investigated by using ICU nurse mechanical ventilation sedation knowledge mastering questionnaire. Results:The total score of ICU nurses'mechanical ventilation sedation knowledge was 10. 74 + 1. 94, the mastering of sedation knowledge was related to receiving knowledge training or not. Conclusion; Nurses'mastering sedation knowledge is not optimistic, and the mechanical ventilation related knowledge training should be carried out for the ICU nurses and make the standard operating procedures and care programs, so as to ensure the good effect of sedation.关键词
