Abstract
Objective: To probe into the efficacy and safety of nursing measures guided by FTS idea for patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in the perioperative period. Methods: A total of 84 cases of patients after laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group cases used the perioperative nursing measures guided by FTS idea,and the control group cases used the traditional perioperative nursing measures,then to compare the postoperative rehabilitation and incidence of postoperative complications between two groups. Results: The postoperative first time anal exhaust time and first defecation time of experimental group patients were in advance compared with control group,postoperative hospitalization time was shortened,the total incidence of complications was reduced. Conclusion: On the basis of reducing total incidence of postoperative complications, nursing measures guided by FTS idea applied for patients after laparoscopic surgery in the perioperative period can make the postoperative first time anal exhaust time and first defecation time in advance,and make the postoperative hospitalization time shortened, and it is safe and effective for promoting the patient's rehabilitation.关键词
