护理本科实习生临床沟通能力现状及影响因素研究
Study on status quo of clinical communication ability of undergraduate nursing trainee and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective: To know about the clinical communication ability of undergraduate nursing trainee and its influencing factors. Methods:Clinical communication ability measurement was carried out for a total of 223 undergraduate nursing trainee in 5 three grade A hospitals in Chongqing city, then to analyze the influencing factors of the clinical communication ability of undergraduate nursing trainee. Results: The total score of clinical communication ability of undergraduate nursing trainee was 85. 38 + 10. 20 the ability with,higher score rate was keen to listen and to establish a harmonious relationship,the ability with lower score rate was to validate feelings and pass effective information; Spearman correlation analysis showed that the familial factors,individual factors,college education factors and practice teaching factors were positive correlated to the clinical communication ability. Conclusion: The level of clinical communication ability of undergraduate nursing trainee was not high. Corresponding intervention measures should be taken for enhancing the clinical communication ability of undergraduate nursing trainee.关键词
