摘要
Abstract
Jinchang,a city in Gansu province,is located in the northwest inland area,where shortage of water resources has restricted the development of agriculture.Thus,it is inevitable to develop water-saving irrigation system.The article analyzed the present situation of agricultural water resources and water-saving irrigation and put forward the following countermeasures: to raise farmers' water saving awareness,to exert government's leading role,to increase financial investment and improve the management authority,which provide the reference for sustainable development and agricultural water-saving in Jinchuan region.关键词
