太谷农民专业合作社科技服务及培训问题研究
Technological Service and Training of Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives in Taigu
摘要
Abstract
The farmers' specialized cooperatives in Taigu depending on Shanxi Agricultural University and Shanxi Academy provide technological service and training which promotes the integration of research and production,improves the professional quality of farmers,achieves good economic and social benefits,.It is the effective platform for the integration of scientific and technological resources and an effective vehicle for scientific and technological innovation.But in the process of service and training,there are some problems such as lack of personnel,out of touch of enterprise-university-research,funds shortage,and farmers' enthusiasm.We should strengthen the building of innovative scientific and technical personnel,improve collaborative innovation mechanism,establish steady growth mechanism of fund investment and raise the enthusiasm of farmers' to participate in training thus promoting the sustainable and healthy development of farmers' specialized cooperatives.关键词
