The generation of Annexin A2--/-- Caco2 cell line
摘要
Abstract
To study the roles played by ANXA2 during the development of colorectal carcinoma, and the relationship between the structure and function of ANXA2, ANXA2 knockout recombinant was constructed and transfected into Caco2 cell line. After a series of selecting step, ANXA2 --/--Caco2 cell line was successfully generated. By the designated PCR and Western blot analysis, it was confirmed that the wild type ANXA2 expression is knockout completely in this cell line.关键词
