秦艽HMGR基因家族的克隆及序列分析
Cloning and characterization of HMGR genes from Gentiana macrophylla
摘要
Abstract
Gentiopicroside, a secoiridoid glycoside, is one of the main pharmacological compounds of traditional Chinese medicine Gentiana. In this study, two Gentiana macrophylla HMGR genes were cloned based on our laboratory's high-throughput sequencing, and bioinformatics analysis was carried out. The results showed that two HMGR genes both contain the completed ORF, and their encoded proteins with two transmembrane domains and four HMGR protein-specific conserved active sites, high consistency with the other plant in HMGR protein sequences and high structure, but GrnHMGR1 and GmHMGR2 locate respectively in the cell plasma membrane and mitochondria, Quantitative PCR analysis showed that GmHMGRI has high expression levels in the roots and flowers in G. macrophylla, while GmHMGR2 mainly expresses in leaves.关键词
