摘要

Abstract

Objective To optimize the conditions for preparing the rat cerebral artery bifurcation coronal frozen sections. Methods Three-factor and three-level orthogonal design was processed with SPSS 13. 0. Three factors were frozen temperature, section thickness and quick-freezing time above liquid nitrogen. The data from orthogonal design mean square chart and single factor charts were collected and analyzed. Results The optimized conditions for rat cerebral artery bifurcation coronal frozen section were frozen temperature at — 25℃ , section thickness of 4 μm and quick-freezing time above liquid nitrogen of 15 s. Conclusion The optimized experiment factors could be quickly obtained for rat cerebral artery bifurcation coronal section by SPSS 13.0.
