少弱精症患者睾丸组织中hTERT的实验研究
Experimental Study for hTERT in Patients with Oligoasthenozoospermia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and the significance of human telomerse reverse transcriptaseC hTERT) in testicular tissues of patients with oligoasthenozoospermia. Methods The data of 23 patients according with related diagnostic criteria treated in andrology of Gansu Province Maternal and Child Hedalth-care Hospital studied from January 2002 to January 2004 were divided into groups by pathogenesis. S-P immunohistochemical was performed to detect the hTERT protein of testis samples in different groups. Results The positive expression of hTERT in testis samples of different groups were: 5 in the groups with oligoasthenozoospermia and sperm maturation restriction. 6 in group with obstructive azoosper-mia. And the hTERT protein was not detected in two patients with sertoli cell-only syndrome,but the protein was detected in the control group of two patients. Conclusion hTERT in testicular tissues could be highly sensitive and specific marker for the formation of sperms. There was corking consis-tency between the expression of hTERT and telomerase in testis samples. The lack of telomerase activity might be one of the reasons,causing the arrest of development of germ cells.关键词
