摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the etiology of girls reproductive tract infection for the infections evidences treatment, prevention,and diagnosis,providing the etiology basis. Methods From Jul. 2008 to Dec. 2011,686 female children, outpatients for reproductive tract infection, were detected Gonococcus (NGH) ,Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) , Ureaplasma urealyti-cum (UU) with vaginal swab by real time fluorescence quantitative-PCR in Xi'an Children Hospital. Results The positive rate of NGH was 5. 0% ,of CT was 4. 7% ,of UU was 14. 9%,of CT and UU both positive was 1. 0%. The deference between the positive rates of UU and CT or NGH was statistically significant (X2 =61. 76, P<0. 001). Conclusion UU was the primary etiology of girls reproductive tract infection in Xi'an. Real time fluorescence quantitative-PCR detects NGH,CT and UU with vaginal swab,providing scientific evidences for early clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention.关键词
