2008～2010年延安市无偿献血者梅毒血清学检测结果分析
Analysing of Serologic Results of Syphilis for Voluntary Blood Donors in Yan'an from 2008 to 2010
摘要
Abstract
Objective To learn the situation of unpaid blood donors of syphilis infection and distribution in Yan'an area from 2008 to 2010,in order to avoid the syphilis infection through blood. Methods Used the Star automatic sampling system,the AW1 automatic washer and Th-340 enzyme mark instrument to detected syphilis antibody of 50 047 unpaid blood donor with ELISA from 2008 to 2010. Results From 2008 to 2010,the positive rates was 1. 26% ,1. 37% and 1. 49% (X2 =3. 39,P> 0. 05) .respectively. Positive rate of male and female were 1. 29% and 1. 52% (X2 =2. 43, P>0. 05) .respectively. About age distribution,positive detection rates were lower from 18 years old to 20 years old and other age-positive detection rates were between 1. 15% to 1. 75%. Conclusion From 2008 to 2010,donor's syphilis positive rate had trend to raise and the sex infection showed no significant difference in blood. In age distribution, the lowest positive detected rates were from 18 to 20 years old.关键词
