摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression levels of GST-π mRNA in patients with gastric cancer and clinical significance. Methods RT-PCR method was used to detect the expression levels of GST-Ⅱ mRNA in fresh gastric cancer 53 cases (experiment group) and 15 cases of normal gastric mucosa tissue(control group),analyzed the relationship between the expression of GST-π and the clinicopathologic parameters. Results ①The expression level of GST-7rmRNA (0. 56 + 0. 27) was significantly higher in gastric cancer tissues than that in normal tissues (0. 18 + 0. 13) (t=5. 30,P<0. 001). ②The expression of GST-π intensity was related to differentiation degree(t=2. 67,P=0. 01), had nothing to do with other clinicopathologic parameters. Conclusion ①The over-expression levels of GST-Tim RNA would underline the multidrug resistance of gastric cancer;②The detection of expression can be looked as an importance method for judging the prognosis in gastric cancer.关键词
