2011年川西地区细菌耐药监测及分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To get information about bacterial resistance and its epidemic trend in west Sichuan province for clinical reference in the use of antibacterial agents. Methods All of the clinical isolates from the 18 hospitals of west Sichuan province were collected identified and performed the susceptibility tests according to the standard methods. Results A total of 20 079 bacterial isolates were collected,Among which Gram-negative bacilli were 14 454 (72. 0%) ,and Escherichia coli was the majority (3 185, 22. 0%); Gram-positive cocci were 5 625 (28.0%) and Staphylococcus aureus were the most (1 867, 33. 2%). The top 5 bacteria were Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, P sendomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter bauman-nii and Staphylococcus aureus. The incidences of methicillin—resistant S. Aureus (MRSA) and coagulase negative Staphylococcus (MRSCN) were 4 6. 3% and 87. 1% respectively. No vancomycin resistant Staphylococcus strains were found. There were 0. 7% of Enterococcus faecalis and 4. 0% of enterococcus faecium resistant to vancomycin, respectively. No hnezolid resistant Enterococcus was found. To Gram-negative bacilli,Non—fermenting gram—negative isolates showed higher resistance to antibacterial agents than Enterobacteriaceae. The drug resistance rate to imipenem of A. Baumannii and P. Aeruginosa strains were 54. 9% and 19. 7% respectively. To Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae,fluoroquinolones demonstrated good antibacterial activity and the sensitivity rates was more than 85%. Conclusion Bacterial resistance in west Sichuan province was still seriously. Compared to surveillance results from other area in China,there was no significantly difference in bacterial resistance and its epidemic trend,but some antibacterial agents showed different activity in different area.关键词
