白血病患者未成熟网织红细胞指数假性增高及原因探讨
Investigation and Exploration Spuriously Increased the Immature Reticulocyte Fraction in Leukemic Patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate spuriously increased the immature reticulocyte fraction (IRF) in leukemic patients and explore the possible reason. Methods Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer was used to detect reticulocyte in peripheral blood of 14 leukemic patients,then the IRF was get and the reticulocyte scattergram was analysed,respectively. Results IRF results were obviously elevated (＞30%) in 6 of 14 patients,and showed abnormal reticulocyte scattergram pattern. Four patients showed a flag with a message such as "RET Abn Scattergram". After 4 patients were treated with therapeutic leu-kapheresis,IRF results were all dropped (<20%). The analyzer didn't show any abnormal reticulocyte scattergram or a flag with a message such as "RET Abn Scattergram". Conclusion Leukocytes of leukemic patients that are insufficiently stained may have lower fluorescence, and thus, may be misidentified as immature reticulocytes and cause spuriously increased IRF values in leukemia patients. Should examine reticulocyte scattergrams carefully,in order to make exactly judgement.关键词
