摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship of h-FABP between the atherosclerosis and cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty patients with cerebral infarction were chosen for the cerebral infarction (CD group and fourty healthy people of examination for the control group. The levels of h-FABP were measured,and measured the intimal-medial thickness (IMT) of internal carotid artery by carotid duplex ultrasonography scanning simultaneously. Results The levels of plasma h-FABP and IMT were significantly higher in the group of CI than those in control group (￡=13. 865,7. 943, P<0. 05). They had positively correlation (r=0. 923 1, P<0. 05). Conclusion There would be a close correlation between h-FABP level and atherosclerosis.关键词
