C-反应蛋白对2型糖尿病肾病的预测价值
Prognosis value of the C-reactive protein to type 2 diabetic nephropathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To discuss the relationship between increasing of Scrum high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) of type 2 diabctc mcllitus (T2DM) patient and occurancc of diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Divided 241eases of T2DM patients into 3 groups according to the consistency of the scrum CRP: 81 cases for Group A, CRP<lmg/L;93 cases for Group B, lmg/L<CRP<3mg/L; 67 cases for Group C, CRP>3mg/L. Meanwhile, maked 60 healthy people as normal control group . Tested their CRP, urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), fast blood glucose (FBG) ,fasting insulin (INS) ,glycosylatcd hemoglobin (HbA1 c) , triglyccridc (TG) and Total cholesterol (TO every 3 months for 24 months. Results:The higher the level of the hs-CRP , the more possibility the diabetic nephropathy occurcd. Comparing with the normal control group , the levels of hs-CRP, UAER, FBG, HbA1 c, INS,TG,TC and Homcostatic model assessment for insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) of all patients in the three groups were increased, the difference was statistically significant. Comparing pro-observation with post-observation of all patients, the levels of hs-CRP, UAER, FBG, HbA, c, INS, TG, TC and HOMA-IR were increased, the difference was statistically significant. Hs-CRP was positive correlated with UAER and HOMA-IR on T2 DM patient. Conclusion; Hs-CRP can be regarded as prognosis index of diabetic Nephropathy for T2DM patient.关键词
