旋转磨料射流套管开窗数值模拟及试验验证
Numerical simulation and experimental verification of casing window with swirling abrasive jet

Abstract
Rotating abrasive water jet was proposed to be used in downhole window technology for enhancing the productivity of radial horizontal well. The damage model for casing was established to consider the abrasion effect of rotating abrasive jet. The casing window process was numerically simulated by employing the finite element method and the simulated results were validated by indoor experimenal results. The results show that the proposed model can be used to simulate the actual casing window process correctly and reveal the casing window mechanism. This technology is simple to operate with a low cost, and the shape of window is regular. Therefore, it can satisfy the requirement of horizontal drilling. The results lay a theoretical foundation for the further development of downhole casing window technology.关键词
