入口结构对超短接触旋流反应器流场影响的数值模拟
Numerical simulation of effects of inlet structure on flow field in quick-contact cyclone reactor

Abstract
By using turbulence model RNG k-e, combined with multi-fluid Eulerian model, two-phase flow field of quick-contact cyclone reactor with the different inlet structures was simulated. The gas flow characteristics and volume fraction of solid in the mixing cavity were researched. The results show that the second reactor (inclined down inlet) has a wide area in which nearly no particles exist and the unevenness degree is higher than any other structure, so this type of reactor should be given up. The gas solid mixing effect of the other two structures is better, but they also have defects. The first reactor (horizontal tangential inlet) is more likely to detain particles from going into mixing cavity and cause a dust ring at the top of mixing cavity. The velocity in the mixing cavity of the third reactor (inclined up inlet) is small,so it's difficult to achieve quick-contact operation.关键词
