玻璃体腔内注射曲安奈德治疗渗出型老年性黄斑变性临床观察
Effects of intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide on exudative age-related macular degeneration

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide on age-related macular degeneration. Methods Eighteen eyes of 18 patients with age-related macular degeneration from Jan 2011 to Jan 2012 were included and divided into therapy group (n= 11) and control group (n = 7) , patients in therapy group received intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide and those in control group received internal medicine. Visual acurity and intraocular pressure before and after the treatment were observed, and the macular was measured by fluorescence angiography and optical coherent retinal fault imaging. Results The best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was increased by 0.32 ± 0.12 three months after operation in therapy group, and the increasing value of postoperative visual acuity was negatively related to the preoperative visual acuity. The intraocular pressure was increased by (20.15 ± 9.45) mmHg 1 month after operation and by (18.57 ± 8.76) mmHg 3 months after operation. The central fovea of macula thickness was decreased to (219.12 ± 12.81) μm in therapy group. The differences were significant for the increase of BCVA and the decrease of central fovea of macula thickness between therapy group and control group 3 months after operation. Conclusion The intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide is an effective procedure to improve the visual acurity gradually, accompanied by the intraocular pressure increased for a short time, and is an effective and safe procedure for exudative age-related macular degeneration.关键词
