Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of active immunotherapy on CD4+CD25+T regulatory cells (CD4 + CD25+Treg) in women with recurrent implantation failure (RIF). Methods: Thirty RIF patients from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were enrolled in our study. The percentage of CD4+ CD25+ Treg in peripheral blood was measured by double-label flow cytometric analysis before and after active immunotherapy. Twenty normal non-pregnant women were selected as control. Results: (1) The expression of CD4+ CD25+ Treg was significantly lower in RIF women than that in control; (2) The expression of CD4+CD25+ Treg was increased significantly in RIF women after active immunotherapy. Conclusions: The results suggested that down-regulation of CD4+ CD25+ Treg might be associated with RIF, and active immunotherapy could enhance the percentage of CD4+ CD25+ Treg in periphera blood, which could maintain maternal-fetal tolerance for embryo implantation.关键词
