水介质下微波辐射对PET纤维结构与性能的影响
Effect of microwave irradiation on structure and performance of PET fiber in water
摘要
Abstract
The surface of PET fiber was treated by the method of microwave irradiation. The moisture regain and the breaking strength of samples with different microwave power and microwave time were measured. The morphologies of samples were observed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), the molecular structures were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometry (FT-IR) ,and the crystallinity of samples were determined through Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC). The results show that the surface of PET fibers is etched to be rough after microwave irradiation with the increase of active groups -OH and -COOH. In addition, the. degree of crystallinity of PET fiber is decreased from 34.4% to 30.2%.关键词
