Abstract
The characteristic of DSC Flash memory is analyzed, and a method for DSC Flash in-circuit programming is presented. Its erasing and writing flow chart are given. Some difficulties being occurred in programming process are solved. In the CodeWarrior, MC56F8257 Flash is erased or written by the method.关键词
