综合疗法治疗惊恐障碍30例临床疗效观察
Clinical effect observation of comprehensive therapy on 30 cases with panic disorder
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To observe the clinical effects of combined use of acupuncture,electro-acupuncture,psychotherapy in the treatment of panic disorder. [Methods] The 60 patients with panic disorder were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 30 cases,and the control group of 30 cases. Acupuncture,electro-acupuncture and psychotherapy were used in the treatment group,and Western inedicine-seroxat was used in the control group. [Results] The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and the control group was 76.67%. there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Compare the six weeks HAMA score before treatmert,there are statistical difference (P<0.01). [Conclusion] Combined use of acupuncture,electro-acupuncture and psychotherapy has curative effect in the treatment of panic disorder.关键词
