大头艾纳香化学成分的研究
Chemical Constituents from Blumea megacephala
摘要
Abstract
Thirteen compounds were isolated from Blumea megacephala by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chro-matography. The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral characteristics and identified as friedelin (1) ,tricin (2) ,stigmasterol hexacosanoate (3) ,stigmasterol octadecanoate (4) ,α-amyrin (5),α-amyrin acetate (6) ,β-amyrin acetate (7) ,β-sitosterol (8) , stigmasterol (9) ,β-daucosterol (10) ,heptacosanol (11) ,hexadecanoic acid (12) and tetracosanoic acid (13). All compounds were isolated from Blumea megacephala for the first time.关键词
