摘要

Abstract

To search a-glucosidase inhibitors from Cortex Cinnamomi. The α-glucosidase inhibitor was isolated and purified by the bioactivity-guided method in vitro,combined with HPLC method which was used to analysis the inhibitory activity against a-glucosidase. The inhibitory kinetic of the isolations was also investigated. The petroleum ether extract of Cortex Cinnamomi showed strong inhibitory activity (IC50 =350. 37 μg/mL) .which was higher than that of acarbose ( IC50 = 1028.99 μg/mL) ,and two active compounds were isolated and identified as trans-cinnamaldehyde ( IC50 = 277. 89 μg/mL) and cinnamic acid (IC50 =286.22 μg/mL). Both of them showed noneompetitive type on a-glucosidase with Ki value of 178.07 μg/mL and 229.43 μg/mL,respectively.
