摘要

Abstract

Baicalin-La( Ⅲ) 、Y(Ⅲ) complexes was synthesized by a new method and characterized by IR、UV、LC-MS and metal elemental analysis. Their antimicrobial activity ( Staphylococcus aureus, hay-bacillus, Escherichia cob', salmonella and Candida albicans) and antitumor activity (A549 and HepG2 cells) were tested and compared with baicalin through MTT. The result indicated that the structure of baicalin-La,baicalin-Y complex has changed greatly comparing with baicalin. The acute toxicity testing of mice showed that the compounds had no metal ion toxicity. The bioactivities a-bout antimicrobial efficacy,antitumor efficacy were best for baicalin-La,secondary for baicalin-Y and worst for baicalin.
