HPLC法测定香菇中有机酸含量的检测技术研究
Determination of Organic Acids in Lentinus edodes by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
In this experiment, an HPLC method for determination of organic acids in Lentinus edodes was developed. These organic acids contained tartrate acid,malic acid,acetic acid and citrate acid. Under acid extraction,Agela Venusll MP C18 column was used at 35 ℃ and mobile phase was 2% CH3OH-20 mM ( NH4 ) 2HPO4 ( pH2.40), with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Detection wavelength was 210 nm. Four organic acids were well separated in 8 minutes. The method is accurate,reliable,rapidly and simple with low detection limit. It is suitable for the analysis and determination of samples in large quantity.关键词
