摘要

Abstract

Extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Paeonia ostii T. Hong et J. X. Zhang seed with ethanol combining ultrasonic were studied. Through single factor and Box-Behnken response surface analytical method,the scope and combination of influencing factor on extraction yield of total flavonoids were confirmed. The response surface methodology was employed to evaluate the effects of alcohol concentration,solid to liquid ratio,ultrasonic extraction time,ultrasonic power and their interaction. Results showed that extraction time on the extraction yield of total flavonoids had a significant effect. The optimum conditions of flavonoid extraction were as follows; alcohol concentration 75% , Solid to liquid ratio 1:21 g/mL, ultrasonic extraction time 49 min and ultrasonic power 240 w,in this condition,the extraction yield of total flavonoids was 9.015 mg/g.
