摘要

Abstract

With the Extraction rate of total phenols as response value the ethanol concentration ultrasonic-assisted extraction temperature and extraction time were optimized by response surface methodology with 3 factors and 3 levels based on single factor experiments. The optimal extraction conditions were ethanol concentration 55% liquid-material ratio of 1: 30 extraction temperature 52 ℃ and extraction time 40 min for extraction total phenols from Inonotus obliquus. Under these conditions the maximal yield of total phenols reached 19.42 mg/g which was agreed with model predictions for the relative error of + 0.78%.
