应力状态对AZ31镁合金最佳成形温度的影响
Influence of Stress State on the Optimum Forming Temperature of AZ31 Magnesium Alloy Sheets
摘要
Abstract
Uniaxial tensile,deep drawing and stretch-forming tests were conducted at temperatures from 20 to 250℃ on rolled AZ31 Magnesium alloy sheets, and the microstructures after tests were observed using optical microscope. The plastic deformation characteristics and the optimum forming temperature of AZ31 Magnesium alloy sheets under different stress states in different processes were analyzed. The results show that stress state in deformation process had great influence on the optimum forming temperature of AZ31 Magnesium alloy sheets . The elongation to failure increased with increasing temperature under uniaxial tensile stress state, the optimum forming temperature should be under t r=1 for compress stress state, and if should be above tr=1 for biaxial tensile stress state.关键词
