摘要

Abstract

In view of huge physical volume and receiving data difficultly of traditional tilt sensor, a kind of portable inclinometer was designed. The output voltage of the sensor was collected via p3. 3 port by C8051 single chip computer, then the voltage was converted to digital form by digital analog conversion. The angle was displayed by liquid crystal display after average filtering. RS-232 communication module was designed to communicate with computer. The inclinometer has features of light weight, small size, battery-powered, easy-to-use due to modular design. The experiment results show that the system has resolution of 0.1° in the range of 0-90 °, with the sensitivity 0.02 V/°, and has better repeatability and linearity. Key words:
