Abstract
Objective To establish a high -performance capillary electrophoretic (HPCE) method for simultaneous determination of contents of rutin, isoquercitrin, and quercetin in Apocynum venetum. Methods A bare fused — silica capillary (58.5 cm x 75 (j,m, effective length of 48. 5 cm) was used. The buffer was composed of 50 mmol/L Na2B4O7 ( pH 9. 60) . The running voltage was set at 20 kV with polarity from anode ( inlet) to cathode ( outlet) . The separation time was 20 min and temperature was set at 25 'C . Online detection was performed at 350 nm ( PDA). Results The three types of flavonoids were well separated in 25 minutes and linear relationship in the peak area was good. The linear range was 4.4—44, 2.8—28.2, and3.8—38 (j,g/ml, respectively. The correlation coefficient was 0. 9968, 0. 9995 , and 0. 9991, respectively. The average recovery was 97. 3% , 98. 4% , and 98. 3% , respectively. Conclusions This method is simple, rapid, accurate, and reliable, which can be used for content determination of flavonoids in Apocynum leaves.关键词
