摘要

Abstract

Based on the principle of ADC and the design method of VLSI, this paper presents the design of high gain amplifi-er fabricated in Chartered 0.18 μm CMOS process. Because of that merit of the high unity-gain bandwith of telescopic-cascode, this operational amplifier uses the technique of telescopic-cascode circults to obtain a high gain .The results of simulation in ca- dence show that this operational amplifier can fulfill the requirements.
