The study of amplitude and output control of color sorter's feeder
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, a closed-loop control method of amplitude of feeder is presented, in which the hall sensor, as the feed-back device, uses the integral control to make feeder's amplitude online dynamic regulation and adaptive vibration according to the environment change to achieve stability of amplitude finally. The test results show this method solves effectively the problem of un-stability about feeder's amplitude and output, and provides a new solution to the amplitude control of color sorter's feeder.关键词
