PLA纤维增强HA/CS复合材料的制备与改性研究

Abstract
The hydroxyapatite/chitosan composite plate enhanced by polylactic acid fiber was synthesized via in-situ hybridization in the semi permeable mold. The fiber volume impact on the materials perform-ance is discussed in this paper, and the effect upon glutaraldehyde and property is studied. FT-IR, XRD and SEM are used to determine the relevance between the composition and performance. The analytical results indicate that the hydroxyapatite with weak crystalline state is generated in the composites, and that a favourable interface combination is formed between the fiber and hydroxyapatite /chitosan matrix, which can obviously strengthen the flexurel strength with the intensity first increased and then decreased as an increase in fiber amount. The complex flexural strength can be further improved through the adoptation of glutaraldehyde cross-linking, so that this compostie is a potential and biodegradable orthopaedic materi-als.关键词
