摘要

Abstract

The pyrolysis characteristics of oily sludge, coal and their mixture are studied by using thermogravimetric analysis in ar-gon atmosphere, respectively. The pyrolysis mechanisms of them are discussed. Meanwhile their apparent activation energy, frequency factor and mass mean apparent activation energy are calculated by differential method. The experimental results show that the pyrolysis process of oily sludge and coal can be divided into four stages, and there are complex chemical reactions in each stage. The pyrolysis processes of the mixture samples show that oily sludge and coal keep their respective characteristics in the temperature range of 200~ 700 ℃, however, their synergetic effect could take place above 700℃. The calculated apparent activation energy of all mixture samples matches well with the above conclusion. More importantly, the mass mean apparent activation energy of the mixture samples is lower than that of individual components,which indicates that the mixture samples have better pyrolysis characteristics than oily sludge or coal.
