Abstract
Objective To develop a simple and rapid flow-injection chemiluminescence (FI-CL) method for the determination of galanthamine and lycoramine. Methods In an alkaline medium, galanthamine and lycoramine can obviously inhibit the chemiluminescence intensity of the reaction of luminol- K3Fe(CN)6 system, and the relative CL intensity is proportional to the concentration of galanthamine and lycoramine. Based on this, a new FI-CL method was developed to determine galanthamine and lycoramine. And the effects of chemical and instrumental variables were optimized. Results Under the optimized conditions, the relative CL intensity was proportional to the concentration within the range of 5×10-3 -10 mg/L for galanthamine and within the range of 5 ×10-2-10 mg/L for lycoramine. The detection limit was 0. 53 μg/L for galanthamine and 2. 60 μg/L for lycoramine, respectively. Conclusion The flow-injection chemiluminescence method can be applied to determine the content of galanthamine and lycoramine in pharmaceutical preparations and in serum.关键词
