摘要

Abstract

The new pretreatment process for plating of nylon fabric is studied. Through the plasma technology and the coordination role of chitosan and palladium, uniform dense of Pd membrane is formed on the nylon fabric surface. It replaces the traditional pre-treatment process. The optimum chitosan finishing process is obtained by a large number of experiments; the concentration of CS finishing agent is 10g/ L, temperature is 60"C and crosslinker concentration is lOmL/L. The optimum plasma treatment is obtained by orthogonal experiment; the pressure is 30Pa, the power is 200W, the time is 3min. New treatment process reduces the processes of traditional pretreatment, in particular reduces the amount of precious metal. The amount of palladium from 0. 18g/L reduced to 0. 04g/L, nearly 78% reduction, significant savings in production costs.
