摘要
Abstract
Under the existing of anionic/nonionic complex emulsifier, the fluoroacrylate emulsion was prepared by emulsion polymerization with styrene, 2-ethylhexyl aery late, dodecafluoroheptyl methacry-late as monomers. The spectra of FT-IR confirmed that fluorined methacrylate units were incorporated into the copolyrners. By optimizing the process conditions, a better performance fluorinated water repellent finishing agent has been got. By applying the fluoroacrylate emulsion on the water repellent of cotton fabrics, the best conditions are as follows: the dosage of the finishing agent is 50g/L,the pick-up is 80Yo, pre-drying at 100'C for 3~5min and curing at 170'C for 180 seconds.关键词
